Laws are made based on human's morality. Sometime people go against it. What is the definition of morality? Supposed a reprobate is in danger. As human, everyone is supposed to help him-who is also human. Does the bad guy deserve to live? We should ask our conscience.

Yeah, that's a good question to ask. Is it moral to allow a bad guy who has done so many crimes have the right to live. In my opinion, I think that everybody should have this gift in their life. It doesn't matter whether they are guilty or not.
