Should parents prevent their children from accessing YouTube?

YouTube is the web side where videos are up loaded . They are educational and malicious things: violent , and sex. A teen can't take his/her eyes off the door while watching thing on YouTube. His/ her inscrutable action raise many concern for parents: who wonder what their kid watching. If people have the debate, there is no possible solution for this issue even though all people are sometime affable.
