On the trial

Every justice system always has one or more fractious elements: being sarcastic ,bombastic and drivel. The use of language is the scourge of those things. A well educated lawyer can't use fancy diction to communicate with jury consisted of working people. In another word, his words hardly touch the jury's soul unless people open a dictionary. Now it leaves with one remaining question. Why do people love to be bombastic or drivel? Poetry can't  be not pondered on this topic. Well the reason is quite simple in which it is the way to express a person's emotion in an indirect way.

It's a little ironic, isn't it, that you used such fancy diction to get your point across?

Yes I agree! It's very interesting how certain lawyers use simpler language to enunciate their point to the jury. If the lawyers became professor all of a sudden, some people would be lost during the trial. Now that wouldn't be a fair trial?
