According to Thoreau, technology disturbs the nature of the earth and causes pollution. Yes, his view is somewhat reasonable but human needs technology. First, it helps their lives more convenient and healthy. More example , car and airplane helped traveling and transportation faster. Machine kept people healthy. However people abuse technology , so they cause Global Warning. I could not go without technology for a day because my house is ten miles from schools. I need car to travel.
